Went to this location to ask for an emergency supply for blood pressure medication while on vacation since I accidentally left mine home. The pharmacist refused to give me one and said that no other cvs would do it either. Ended up trying the cvs 2 miles down on 2515 shadowlawn drive and the lovely pharmacist was able to give me my medication.
God forbid you show up at 1:28pm before they “shut down automatically for lunch at 1:30.” I didn’t know that. They’ll tell you they can’t take 5 minutes to get you your prescription. Customer service is trash.
Major upgrades/updates are needed. The bathroom is 1 toilet for both men and women to use. When I had the unfortunate need to use it there was no toilet paper and the empty rolls were on the floor along with visually USED toilet paper…the whole room was a mess. This is unacceptable for CVS to continue to expect customers to use in this kind of a community.
Non-existent customer service. Pharmacist has the personality of a pig. They value their time more than they value their customers time. Not how you operate a business.
Don’t print your pictures here. They crop it so you don’t have everyone in the pic and worse than that is that the colors are horrible!! I have a pic if beautiful green palm trees and CVS turned them yellow. I printed these to send to my grandkids and they are horrible!!!! Also, the pics of the marina…..are fuzzy!! Go to walgreens!!
