Worst pharmacy I’ve been to in my entire life. Everyone that works here is extremely rude. I’ve been in line for 45 minutes before and when i got to the window at 7 on the dot they locked the window with a line still to the road. They don’t ever answer their phones and simply done care about the well being of their customers.. that wouldn’t matter so much if they weren’t giving us our life saving medications. I’m surprised there isn’t another location or they aren’t at least open later than 7. I switched here because my insurance goes through them so it’s cheaper to get them their than anywhere else, but i will happily pay the extra money for the copay elsewhere than support Great Falls CVS.
I don’t appreciate how they say my husbands medicine is ready but when we go try to pick it up it’s not ready at all and days go by until it’s ready. We get calls and texts confirming they’re ready and with it being a serious medication you think they would be on it. But no. This can be a matter of life and death and they’re not taking their job serious. At all. I wouldn’t mess with this pharmacy if you truly care about your loved ones. Go elsewhere.

Horrible pharmacy status. The hours for just the pharmacy is so inconsistent and incredibly inconvenient. They randomly change hours and close down without notice. I understand they need an hour lunch but random close times before the timed hours that are posted? I know Covid messed a lot up for everyone but if you are unable to help the patients out with necessary prescription needs then either close it down or advertise better communication including for people to get their medications somewhere else . The merchant store part seems to run well and smoothly so 4 stars for them but I have no more loyalty to this CVS pharmacy. My business will be going elsewhere. Worst CVS experience ever.
All you people with the ultra negative comments have no idea what these people have been through. Like so many places in town that have shortened their hours or closed down completely it’s because they can’t find anyone that will work. CVS are bend over backwards good to me every time I deal with them. Maybe if you tried showing them some kindness, understanding and respect they’d treat you the same
The worst business on the planet…Pharm employees too worried they won’t get a break and might have work more than 6.5 hours in a day, they can’t get a simple blood pressure scrip filled after 7 hours’ notice… this is GF, NOT NY.
